Sponsoring a show for OHLRF Sweepstakes points

Individuals or Clubs may sponsor OHLRF show sanctions.

To sponsor an OHLRF sanction:

*Contact that show's secretary for permission to sponsor the sanction.

*Send the following info and payment to:

Nancy Washburn

1.  The name of the club/fair.
2.  The show secretary's name and mailing address.
3.  The location of the show (city and state)
4.  The show's open and/or youth ARBA sanction number(s).
5.  The date of the show.
6.  $8 open sanction -- $5 youth sanction
(checks payable to OHLRF)

NEW SANCTION DEADLINE RULE

EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2003:

1. Show sanction requests must be *postmarked* a minimum of 14 days before the show is to be held.

2. Sanctions postmarked after the 14 day deadline must include a late fee of $8 open and/or $5 youth along with the regular sanction fees.
